In Summer 2021 I was an industrial design intern at UFP Industries LX Center, a research, design, and product testing center for the company. While there one of the projects I was tasked with was analyzing the product line of a company they had recently acquired to find gaps in then product range to update the product line. The goal was to create a new product starting with market research and carrying through to developing product concepts, and selecting one to develop further, through to creating a prototype. This project was added to my portfolio with there permission.
