Ski & Boot Size Charts

How can we improve efficiency and accuracy in pre-setup and live set up ski and snowboard great?

Current Dilemma

Currently in order to live set up or preset up great for customers Cannonsburg Shop Techs have to memorize and learn on the fly numerous proper setups for customers across a variety of binding and board types for skis and snowboards, and while Burton provides an accurate cheat sheet for sizing a snowboard correctly by weight there is a large gap in needed learned knowledge from co-workers on how to set up gear properly for what bindings can go on what snowboards and for which boot sizes, in addition to which ski sizes are appropriate for which weights and similarly for snow shoes and helmets.

Goal

Learn the proper ski and snowboard setup techniques and internally held information to create a cheat sheet for returners and new ski techs to use for the next season in order to bridge the gap in knowledge between technicians and improve safety and accuracy in the ski setups.
